The growing demand for jobs in the STEAM fields, there is an urgent
need to prepare the youth of underserved communities for future opportunities.

This pillar will focus on equipping participants with necessary skills and certifications to thrive in the evolving job market.

• Young People’s Online Training Program: Aim to train youth online in entry level
  digital skills in Technology, while learning soft skills, and earning Industry
  Certifications.
• GREEN STEAM Workforce Development: Aims to train participants in sustainable
  technologies and practices, aligning with the increasing focus on environmental
  conservation.
• NuGrant Services -Procurement Management Fellowship: Aims to train a
  workforce of entry level project managers in the field of grant writing, development, and procurement for non-profits and small businesses. This form of online Procurement and Project Management Trainings will give while participants build a portfolio and earn Google or SCRUM industry Certifications.
